Marriott hotel has launched mobile check-in and checkout service for their hotels in North America and some participate hotels around the world.

The benefits of using mobile check-in are:

– Check-in up to 2 hours before you arrive and get to your room faster.

– Receive automatic notifications when your room is ready.

– When you arrive at the hotel, you can go directly to the Mobile Check-In desk for an enhanced arrival experience. Your room key will be ready.

– Checkout with Marriott mobile app and skip the front desk. The final bill will send to your email address.

Note that regulations in Armenia, France, Italy, Kazakhstan, Portugal, Poland, Russia, Spain and Turkey allow for mobile check-in but require guests to checkout with the front desk. Mobile check-in and checkout are not available in Japan.
