Last month I have stayed in Studio city Macau and I had a wonderful day. First of all, let me share my experience about this trip.
I booked my package(Room + Golden Reel ticket + Batman Dark Flight ticket) on http://english.ctrip.com which it is the cheapest rate you can find on the internet. Ctrip is China’s biggest travel site and they can offer the lowest rate compare with other websites. Their rate can even beat Studio city Macau official website.

For weekdays, the rate is around HK$908 and it includes one night stay at Celebrity Room and 2 Gold Reel and Batman tickets. (A Fantasy Package will include 2 Gold Reel and Batman tickets)
Batman dark flight
The Batman dark flight is a 4D simulation ride. The ride actually around 5 minutes only but it was very exciting. The movie talks in English but there is no subtitle so it is quite hard to fully understand the story for me.
The world’s highest figure-8 Ferris wheel
From the reel, we could see the views from both side of the hotel, part of the floor was glass and you could see through from standing on the glass.
From the reel we could see the hotel swimming pool area.
Getting the room fast and avoiding the long quene
Studio city Macau is now become a new attraction in Macau and therefore many people choose to stay in Studio city Hotel. However, many people complained they have to wait for a very long time to get their room.
The official check-in time is 14:00. I arrived the hotel at 12:00 on that day and that was the peak hour for check-out. So I didn’t need to queen for a long to get to the counter. Honestly the check-in procedure was very slow, and I have been told that our room will not be ready until 14:00 but I can still get the ticket for Batman and Golden reel first.
After lunch, I played the Batman and the Golden reel, and go back to the lobby. It was about 3pm. I saw there was a long queue waiting for check-in, I told the staff that I have already check-in and now would like get the room card, They allowed me to line up in priority line. So I could suggest that you check-in before 1:00pm to avoid the long queue after 2:00pm.
The room is tidy and clean.
