I checked the rate of Holiday Inn Minden in German and the rate per night is EUR 29.00 only.
The cheapest InterContinental Hotel are InterContinental Prague in Czech Republic, InterContinental Warsaw in Poland, InterContinental Mar Menor Golf Resort & Spa in Spain, InterContinental Athenaeum Athens in Greece and InterContinental Budapest in Hungary. All these hotels start from EUR 89.
My Conclusion
This is the third time IHG launches their Europe Winter Sale and the discounted hotels are different with the previous one.
