Le Club accorhotels has launched a 3X points promotion for stay at over 500 hotels across Asia Pacific.This promotion is valid for booking and stay from today to February 28, 2015.
You need to register for this promotion at below link before your book your next stay:
How to Register?
After you clicked above link. Click on “Connect” in the “Benefit from this offer!” section on the right-hand side of the page. After that login as a member then is done.
If you have successfully registered, the banner on the page will update(See below screenshot) and you also able to book through this promotion page.
So how the triple Le Club points actually calculate?
As stated in the terms and conditions, the triple points are calculated according to the points earned by the member based on “Classic” status. So what are the actual points you can earn if you are a platinum member? Let me demonstrate if you spend EUR 100 on your Sofitel booking.
For Classic member, you will earn 250points (EUR 100 = 250points). So on this triple points promotion you will earn 250 x 3 = 750 points.
For Platinum member, the calculation is quite difficult.
Platinum member can earn 440 points (EUR 100 = 440points). However on this promotion you only can earn the different between Classic and Platinum member. 440-250 is 190 points. So triple points total is 190 + 750=940 points.

My conclusion
I am quite happy to see Le Club is having triple points promotion for Asia Pacific area. Please note that the 3X triple points are calculated according to the points earned by the member based on “Classic” status even you are a Platinum member.

but accor page says that after these steps you should see this:
You will now see a information bubble on this the image above that states “You are registered for this offer. Book now!”
Book now and earn more points!
BUT – nowhere such bubble can be seen…
I don’t see that bubble either. There are always has minor bugs with Accor.
However if you have registered, the banner will change (I have updated my post. you can see my screenshot above). And you also able to book through the promotion page. Hope this help.
