Below is the rate of Pullman Berlin Schweizerhof. The flexible rate usually not the cheapest rate but it allows you to change or cancel of your bookings.
My Conclusion
See above screenshot, the lowest rate is EUR143 but the flexible rate is EUR178. However, the flexible rate will give you a EUR40 voucher for your next stay. If you know you will stay in Accorhotels after your booking, you should book the flexible rate in this case and take advantage of this promotion.

1. General Le Club Accorhotels terms and conditions apply to the “1.000 – 1.500 – 2.000 points for your stay” offer (bookable with the rate “Le Club Accorhotels members only”).
2. This offer is valid for stays that are booked and completed between 10/10/ and 31/12/2014 in one of the participating hotels in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and subject to availability.
3. The stay must be a minimum of 1 night. Two or more consecutive nights have to be booked as one stay. A check-out between consecutive nights is not eligible for the offer. Stays cannot be concurrent even if they are booked in different hotels. It is required that there is at least 1 night between 2 different stays.
4. This offer entitles Le Club Accorhotels Loyalty members, regardless of their status and upon availability of the offer, to benefit from earning 1.000 points when staying at an ibis and Ibis Styles hotels; 1.500 points when staying at a Novotel, Mercure or SuiteNovotel Hotel, 2.000 points when staying at a Sofitel, Pullman or MGallery hotel in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. 5. The number of bonus points for this offer is calculated according to the points earned by the member based on “Classic” status.

7. You must provide your loyalty card number or member number when making your reservation, and present your card at the reception desk of your hotel when you check-in for your stay.
