Note that there are no restriction on what hotel you must stay and no restriction on what categories of hotel you can redeem. You can stay 2 separate nights in Thailand Holiday Inn and you will be able to get 1 free night even in any InterContinental hotel in the world(Yes, you can use to redeem 1 free night in Bora Bora InterContinental too).
