I tried to search the rate for Hyatt Place La Paz. The discount rate will be displayed as “Seasonal Promotion“. This rate is non refund and non cancellable. Make sure you confirm your stay before you book.
My Conclusion
There are black out dates for this promotion. The discounted rate may not easy to find for some hotels even they are participating on this promotion.
