How to use Expedia Promotion code
- During the booking process, on the payment page you will see the link “Enter a coupon or promotion code ” where the voucher code needs to be entered;
- Enter the voucher code in the relevant field, then click the “APPLY COUPON” link. If your booking is eligible, the applicable discount will be subtracted from the price of the travel reservation before the application of any taxes, applicable fees or additional costs
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF EXPEDIA VOUCHER CODE
- The voucher codes issued by Expedia “OTAKU5” may be used by a buyer to enjoy a five percent (5%) discount when booking an Expedia Rate hotel (“Eligible Hotel”) on the following websites (“Websites”) (“Promotion”):
- The Voucher cannot be redeemed against flight only, car only or hotel only bookings which are not Expedia Rate hotels, including (without limitation) Harrah’s, MGM, Starwood, Novotel, Sol Melia, Rezidor, Hilton Hotels, InterContinental, Accor, Sofitel, Mercure, Ibis, Pullman, MGallery, Suite hotel, All Seasons, Orbis or Marriott hotels. - The Voucher is valid only when booking on the Websites specified above, and not on any other Expedia sites.
- If you choose the option (if any) to pay for an Eligible Hotel directly upon the completion of your stay, and not upfront at the time of booking, the Voucher will not be valid.
- The Voucher is valid from 5 Aug 2014 to 31 Dec 2014 (inclusive), unless otherwise varied by Expedia in its discretion, for stays made from 5 Aug 2014 to 31 Mar 2015.
- The Voucher is not transferable and may not be used with other discount coupons, vouchers, promotions or special offers.
- The Voucher cannot be redeemed against taxes, supplier fees, cancellation or change penalties, administrative fees or other miscellaneous charges, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- The Voucher cannot be used for any booking previously made and will be deemed fully redeemed once a qualifying booking has been made. If booking is amended in any way after the use of the Voucher, including (without limitation) amendments to stay dates, the Voucher will not apply to the revised booking.
- The Voucher has no cash value and no refunds or cash alternative will be offered. Improper use of the Voucher including but not limited to publication or selling of the Voucher is prohibited and may constitute fraud.
- Usual booking terms and conditions apply and all bookings are subject to availability.
- Only one Voucher per transaction may be used. In a multiple-room booking, the discount will only be applied to one room.
- Employees of Expedia group companies or any other person professionally connected with this Promotion may not use the Voucher.
- Expedia reserves the right to vary conditions of use of the Voucher or to withdraw the Voucher at any time. Expedia’s decision is final in all matters relating to this Promotion.

- In the event of inconsistency between the English language version and any other language translations, the English language version shall prevail.
- The laws of Singapore govern the terms of use for the Voucher and the customer irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
