My Conclusion
DBS Black Card lets you earn 1 Asia Mile for every HKD 4 overseas spending, or earn 1 Asia mile for every HKD 6 you spend locally. The best thing about this promotion is that you can choose AE card or MasterCard. I recommend you apply MasterCard if you mainly use in Hong Kong because there are many places in HK do not accept AE card. The welcome offer of both card are the same (So why don’t choose MasterCard? ).
