I have checked there are only very limited dates you can find the discounted rate. The discounted rate will be shown in red or purple text. (See below screenshot)
My Conclusion
Base on my previous experience, the lowest rate showing in the promotion page is not correct therefore don’t trust it. Make sure you check the rate according to your travel date by yourself.
