Below is the rate of The Luxe Manor. The Premier room is the same price with Superior room rate.
I also checked Vela Hong Kong Hotel. The “free upgrade” rate is more expensive than the discounted rate of a Family room.
My Conclusion
Please check if the free upgrade rate makes sense before you book because it is usually not the cheapest rate displayed. The free upgrade promotion is good if you are looking for a bigger room or your are traveling to Hong Kong with kids.
