My Conclusion
After you make a search, you can find the discounted rate come up in the search result. (You can try different dates if you cannot bring up the discounted rate)
Note that not all hotel has 30% off, I have tried to search for Singapore Clarke Quay Novotel Hotel and there is only 25% off.
